Reception & Administrative
Meet the reception and administrative members of our team!
I am the Director of Operations at Gold Coast. I have been working in the health field for many years and I am an advocate for women’s health. I enjoy managing the dedicated GCIVF staff and their commitment to Patient care.
GCIVF offers a warm, caring environment to each and every one of our special and unique patients.
I’m a lover of literature and the arts, especially live local theatre. When not at work I enjoy spending time with my family and Boston terrier, Zoey.
I have worked for an OB/GYN for 20 years and then started to work for Dr. Palter in 2001. I was his first employee and 15 years later I am still happily with Dr. Palter and the rest of the Gold Coast IVF team.
I always tell our patients that we are here to make miracles happen. We will do everything we can to help them achieve a successful pregnancy and that they should leave the worrying to us. All they need to do is look around at the beautiful success baby pictures and know that one day we will help them as well. I try to make them feel that they are now part of our office family and that they can count on us to help them. I let the patients know that I am available for any questions and concerns.
Since I am here 15 years, I feel I have grown up with Dr. Palter. I have since sent my children off to college, seen all three of them married and now I am the proud “Ama” (grandmother) to four wonderful grandchildren. I love to knit and crochet (my children and grandchildren are very warm), bake, travel and cruising and shop, shop, shop.
I have been in the medical field for over 30 years and has spent the last 16 years working with Dr. Palter. I had the opportunity to watch the transformation of Gold Coast IVF from a small two girl office to the state of the art facility it is today.
There is tremendous satisfaction I get from seeing the parents’ faces as they hear the news for the first time that they conceived. So many men and women enter the office with no or little hope, and a few months later are having a baby.
In my free time I enjoy spending time with family and friends.
I attended Katherine Gibbs School. I have about 8 years experience in OB/GYN and was secretary to the head of the department, as well as working the front desk, and I have worked the front desk at other doctors’ offices as well. I was fortunate enough to be home with my daughters when they were young, and worked various jobs during those years, including babysitting, being a nanny, running a very successful AVON business for about 10 years, and working as a preschool teacher for over 10 years. I also have my Child Development certification.
I love working in this office for many reasons. It brings me back to my OB/GYN days. The work we do here is so amazing and cutting edge. It is exciting and gratifying to be part of helping dreams come true for so many people.
I am a mom of 2 girls who are reaching adulthood. I love traveling, and my new favorite location is Aruba. In my spare time I enjoy crafts and amateur decorating, camping, reading and working in the yard.
I have experience and training both as a medical assistant and as a front desk receptionist. The best thing about working with patients at Gold Coast is helping people to create a new life. I would like to tell all of our patients to hold on, not give up, there’s always hope and a silver lining.
We are here to help!
I’m a foodie and I enjoy dining out and trying new restaurants and food.

I am used to wearing many hats…I’m a lawyer by training and writer by avocation, and have worked at Gold Coast as Director of Special Projects since 2012. I especially love drafting materials to help educate patients so they can make informed decisions about their treatment. This center is superb – the staff is terrific, so dedicated and such a great team together.
It is a privilege to help families grow and celebrate success with so many! I love American history, fantasy and science fiction, and I also enjoy the theatre. My favorite place is the beach, with the mountains a close second.
I have an extensive outside sales background in many different industries. In the past I worked for a copier company, in telecommunications, and even selling vacuum cleaners door-to-door!! At Gold Coast IVF my job is to build relationships with doctors, medical staff, and patients.
I love working at Gold Coast IVF because when our patients bring their babies into the office it’s amazing to me that these kids wouldn’t even be here if it wasn’t for the amazing work of our doctors and their clinical team! I would like to say to the patients of Gold Coast IVF: Never give up! Miracles DO Happen!!
My favorite hobby is bike riding with my kids, and jogging. My favorite vacation spot is Aruba, and Puerto Rico. I have 3 boys, ages 19, 17, and 11.
