Dr. Steven Palter Founder and Medical Director	Dr. Steven Palter, the founder and medical director of Gold Coast IVF, has dedicated his career to making the dreams of infertile couples come true. Dorene Dorene Ardito, CNP is a specialist nurse practitioner in women’s health who has completed advanced infertility training with Dr. Palter. Dorene has experience in women’s health and gynecology and is the former Assistant Nurse Manager of the OR at Huntington Hospital. Dorene is our Nurse Manager and is responsible for coordinating care at GCIVF. bio	Rachel Rachel Stecker is our practice relations manager. She is responsible for making sure our patient’s every concern is met. If you need something special Rachel is there to make it happen. She is also our liaison to referring physicians. bio
Deanna Deanna Resnick is our billing and accounts manager. She makes sure all proper authorizations and processing is made and will help you with any billing or insurance questions you may have. bio	Francesca Francesca Tropeano is our lead medical assistant. She is responsible for office maintenance and quality control. Francesca works in both the front office, in the patients areas, and in the lab.

Most IVF patients are candidates for blastocyst transfer and preimplantation genetic screening and diagnosis is avialable for for miscarriage reduction, genetic disease reduction, or gender selection and family balancing. Donor oocytes (donor eggs) are available from fresh donors and a frozen egg bank. Some patients may require the uuse of gestational surrogates. Cumulative pregnancy rates can be over 90% for many patients.
